What is your refund policy?
We will offer refunds with 24 hours of advance notice. Refund requests must be emailed to [email protected]
What if there is inclement weather?
If we can not send boats out, all tickets will be refunded in full. Alternatively a credit can be issued and we will get you rescheduled for a different date.
Can I bring my dog with me?
We love our pups but recommend that they stay at home for this night paddle experience.
Can I explore the main body of the lake?
Yes. If you are feeling adventurous you are welcome to explore the main body. During the check-in process we will point our some areas you are welcome to explore. We will encourage you not to travel too far away because we don’t want you to get disoriented on the lake at night.
Do I need to wear a life jacket while on the rental?
State law requires that anyone under the age of 13 years must wear a life jacket on Lake Travis. All others must have a life jacket with them on board the pedal cruiser but aren’t required to wear the life jacket. You can bring your own life jacket with you or use one of ours at no extra charge.
Can I bring a cooler with me?
You bet! There is plenty of space in the back for a cooler. Please no glass bottles!
What is the earliest I can check-in?
Check-in will start 25 minutes prior to your departure time. Feel free to roll in early if you want to enjoy a cold one from the drink trailer.
What if I return to the dock late?
You will be charged a late fee. A $10 late fee per boat will be applied every 15 minutes past the scheduled return time. Please respect the rules. We don’t want to have to charge a late fee.
